1. (a) The board's executive director shall collect on behalf of the board:

   1. (1) statistical data on the resources of each school corporation;
   2. (2) the substance of any agreements reached by each school corporation; and
   3. (3) other relevant data as determined by the board or the board's executive director.

2. (b) Parties to a collective bargaining agreement shall comply with the board's requests for information necessary to comply with subsection (a).
