Adoption of regulations by school corporation governing payment or part payment of teachers; conditions
As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.12.
A school corporation may adopt regulations governing the payment or part payment of teachers and then make payments in accordance with those regulations to teachers who are absent because of:
- (1) sickness;
- (2) attending school conventions or meetings;
- (3) visiting other schools; or
(4) a death in the immediate family.
