1. (a) A school corporation may not dismiss or suspend any employee because of affiliation with or activity in an organization unless that organization advocates:

   1. (1) the overthrow of the United States government by:

      1. (A) force; or
      2. (B) the use of violence; or

   2. (2) the violation of law;

      to achieve its objective.

2. (b) A rule or regulation contrary to subsection (a) is void.
