"Employment contract" means a contract:

1. (1) between:

   1. (A) a school corporation that owns all necessary school bus equipment; and
   2. (B) a school bus driver; and

2. (2) that provides that the school bus driver is employed in the same manner as other noninstructional personnel are employed by the school corporation.
