- (a) The corporation board shall adopt rules of procedure for corporation board meetings. The corporation board may suspend the rules of procedure by unanimous vote of the members present at the meeting. The corporation board shall not suspend the rules of procedure beyond the duration of the meeting at which the suspension of rules occurs.
- (b) The corporation board may exercise the powers to supervise internal affairs common to municipal legislative and administrative bodies.
