Ind. Code § 20-25.3-2-6 – "Participating school"

(a) "Participating school" means the following schools:
1. (1) A school maintained by the school city.
2. (2) The following that are located within the geographic boundaries of the school city:
  1. (A) A participating innovation network school.
  2. (B) A participating innovation network charter school.
  3. (C) A charter school.
(b) The term does not include the following:
1. (1) An adult high school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.3 ).
2. (2) A virtual charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-10 ).
