A student who applies for admission to the school for the arts must:

1. (1) be eligible to attend a public school in Indiana;
2. (2) demonstrate exceptional ability;
3. (3) demonstrate a commitment to scholarship; and

4. (4) demonstrate a commitment to the arts.
