Applicability of compulsory school attendance laws

As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.6.

The compulsory school attendance laws of Indiana apply to all children with hearing disabilities. The case conference committee may place a child with a hearing disability at the school. The child shall attend the school during the full scholastic term of the school unless the case conference committee changes the placement.
