Ind. Code § 20-21-3-7

Quorum

As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.5.

Four (4) voting members of the board constitute a quorum. The affirmative vote of at least four (4) voting members of the board is necessary for the board to take official action other than to do the following:

  1. (1) Adjourn.
  2. (2) Meet to hear reports or testimony.
