Establishment; services provided

As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.218-2005, SEC.52.

The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired is established as a state educational resource center that includes the following:

  1. (1) A residential and day school.
  2. (2) Outreach services.
  3. (3) Consultative services to local educational agencies to assist the agencies in meeting the needs of locally enrolled students with visual disabilities.
