1. (a) The department may make reasonable requests for information from a school corporation or charter school participating in the pilot program for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of the plan.

2. (b) A school corporation or charter school shall respond to a request for information under subsection (a) in a form, manner, and frequency determined by the department.
