1. (a) The student transportation pilot program is established to provide transportation to all students attending:

   1. (1) school corporations;
   2. (2) charter schools; and

   3. (3) nonpublic schools with at least one (1) employee;

      within the geographic boundaries described in the application under section 5(c) of this chapter.

2. (b) The pilot program is established for a three (3) year period consisting of the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school years.
