Ind. Code § 20-19-2-17

Federal aid concerning career and technical education

As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.234-2007, SEC.87.

The provisions of an act of Congress entitled "An act to provide for the promotion of vocational education; to provide for cooperation with the states in the promotion of such education in agriculture and the trades and industries; to provide for cooperation with the states in the preparation of teachers of career and technical education subjects; and to appropriate money and regulate its expenditure," are accepted by the state as to the following:

  1. (1) Appropriations for the salaries of:

    1. (A) teachers;
    2. (B) supervisors; or
    3. (C) directors;

      of agricultural subjects.

  2. (2) Appropriations for salaries for teachers of trade and industrial subjects.
  3. (3) Appropriations for the training of teachers of career and technical education subjects.
