Ind. Code § 20-18-2-5
"Governing body"
As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.233-2015, SEC.29.
"Governing body" means:
- (1) a board of school commissioners;
- (2) a metropolitan board of education;
- (3) a board of trustees; or
(4) any other board or commission charged by law with the responsibility of administering the affairs of a school corporation.
