Ind. Code § 20-18-2-15.5

"School based enterprise"

As added by P.L.187-2021, SEC.59 and P.L.216-2021, SEC.7.

"School based enterprise" means a program that:

(1) includes interactions with customers or clients;
(2) is a career based course; and
(3) includes ongoing business training provided by a teacher.
