Providing data, documents, and information to task force

As added by P.L.203-2023, SEC.1.

The following shall provide the task force the data, documents, and other information that the task force deems necessary to perform the task force's duties under section 7 of this chapter:

  1. (1) The office of the secretary of family and social services.
  2. (2) The Indiana department of health.
  3. (3) The department of insurance.
