1. (a) The task force consists of the following members of the general assembly:

   1. (1) Two (2) members of the house appointed by the speaker.
   2. (2) One (1) member of the house appointed by the minority leader of the house.
   3. (3) Two (2) members of the senate appointed by the president pro tempore.
   4. (4) One (1) member of the senate appointed by the minority leader of the senate.
2. (b) A member of the task force serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority.
