The task force consists of the following fifteen

2. (1) Four (4) members of the senate, appointed as follows:

   1. (A) Two (2) members appointed by the president pro tempore, one (1) of whom shall serve as co-chair of the task force.
   2. (B) Two (2) members appointed by the minority leader.

3. (2) Four (4) members of the house of representatives, appointed as follows:

   1. (A) Two (2) members appointed by the speaker, one (1) of whom shall serve as co-chair of the task force.
   2. (B) Two (2) members appointed by the minority leader.
4. (3) Three (3) members who have broad experience in electric utility policy and who are appointed by the governor, at least one
5. (1) of whom represents utility ratepayers.
6. (4) One (1) member who has expertise with respect to the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity and who is appointed by the governor.
7. (5) One (1) member who has expertise in advanced energy research and development and who is appointed by the governor.
8. (6) One (1) member who has expertise in renewable energy technology and deployment and who is appointed by the governor.
9. (7) One (1) member who has broad experience in both economic development and energy policy and who is appointed by the governor.
