Quorum; official action; meeting at call of co-chairs

As added by P.L.196-2018, SEC.1.
  1. (a) A majority of the members of the task force constitutes a quorum.
  2. (b) The affirmative vote of at least a majority of the members at a meeting at which a quorum is present is necessary for the task force to take official action other than to meet and take testimony.
  3. (c) The task force shall meet at the call of the co-chairs.
