- (a) The council shall meet at least three (3) times, and not more than six (6) times, per year.
- (b) Meetings held under this section must include not more than two
- (2) public hearings per year concerning issues of importance to youth.
- (c) The affirmative votes of a majority of the members appointed to the council are required for the council to take action on any measure, including annual reports.
