Youth advisory council established

As added by P.L.69-2008, SEC.1.

The youth advisory council is established to provide to the general assembly information from young people concerning issues that are of importance to youth in Indiana, including:

  1. (1) education;
  2. (2) employment;
  3. (3) strategies to increase youth involvement in state and local government;
  4. (4) safe environments for youth;
  5. (5) substance abuse;
  6. (6) emotional and physical health;
  7. (7) foster care;
  8. (8) poverty;
  9. (9) homelessness; and
  10. (10) youth access to state and local services.
