Ind. Code § 2-3.5-4-1

Application

As added by P.L.6-1989, SEC.1.

This chapter applies to each member of the general assembly who:

  1. (1) is serving on April 30, 1989; and
  2. (2) files an election under IC 2-3.5-3-1 (b).
