Ind. Code § 2-2.2-1-9

"Information of a confidential nature"

As added by P.L.123-2015, SEC.2.

"Information of a confidential nature" means information:

(1) obtained by reason of being a member of the general assembly; and
(2) that has not been, or will not be, communicated to the general public.
