Ind. Code § 2-2.2-1-5

"Ethics committee"

As added by P.L.123-2015, SEC.2.

"Ethics committee" refers to either of the following:

(1) The house legislative ethics committee established by IC 2-2.2-3-1 (a).
(2) The senate legislative ethics committee established by IC 2-2.2-3-1 (b).
