Ind. Code § 2-2.2-1-19

"State agency"

  1. (a) "State agency" has the meaning set forth in IC 4-13-1-1 (b).
  2. (b) The term does not include a state educational institution or an agency of a political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13 ).
