"State agency"
As added by P.L.123-2015, SEC.2.
(a) "State agency" has the meaning set forth in IC 4-13-1-1 (b).
(b) The term does not include a state educational institution or an agency of a political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13 ).
