1. (a) Notwithstanding the report of the 2010 decennial census for Indiana and the information contained in the GIS on June 30, 2011, the following census blocks located in Elkhart County are, from July 1, 2011, considered part of House District 49 and not part of House District 48:

2. (b) The office shall make the appropriate changes to the GIS to implement this section.
3. (c) Actions taken by the Elkhart County circuit court clerk, the Elkhart County county executive, and other Elkhart County officials to implement this section and that are consistent with this section are legalized.
