As used in this chapter, "services provided for the treatment of individuals with psychiatric disorders or chronic addiction disorders" means services to diagnose or treat a mental illness or substance-related or addictive disorder diagnosis under the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision, published by the American Psychiatric Association (DSM V-TR).
