The following must be paid from funds appropriated to the state department:

1. (1) The salary of the state child fatality review coordinator.

2. (2) Expenses for any training for:

   1. (A) the state child fatality review coordinator;
   2. (B) members of the statewide child fatality review committee; and
   3. (C) members of local child fatality review teams.
3. (3) Other expenses related to the duties of the state child fatality review coordinator.
