(a) Before February 1 of each year, the state department shall submit a written report to the governor and to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 that includes the following:
- (1) The plan developed under section 3(a)(6) of this chapter.
- (2) The state department's determination about any expenditure of funds under this chapter for the previous calendar year and the impact of the use of the funds.
- (3) The state department's plans for expenditures of funds under this chapter in the current and subsequent calendar year.
- (4) Any recommendations for future initiatives or actions to address pediatric cancer in Indiana.
- (b) The state department shall publish the written report required by subsection (a) on the state department's website.
