The state department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter. The rules adopted under this section may do the following:

1. (1) Require documentation on the transportation of food in Indiana that would disclose violations of section 3 of this chapter.

2. (2) Establish procedures for the proper sanitizing of trucks for the purposes of this chapter.
