1. (a) As used in this chapter and except as provided in subsection (b), "solid waste" has the meaning set forth in IC 13-11-2-205 (a).

2. (b) The term does not include waste that is regulated under the following:

   1. (1) IC 13-22-1 through IC 13-22-8 .
   2. (2) IC 13-22-11.5 .

   3. (3) IC 13-22-13 through IC 13-22-14 .
