Ind. Code § 16-42-1-25

Judgment for costs

As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.25.
  1. (a) A personal judgment may not be given against a defendant, except as provided in subsection (b).
  2. (b) When merchandise is ordered destroyed, the court may give judgment against the defendant for that part of the costs occasioned by the defendant.
