Ind. Code § 16-42-1-25

Judgment for costs

As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.25.

(a) A personal judgment may not be given against a defendant, except as provided in subsection (b).
(b) When merchandise is ordered destroyed, the court may give judgment against the defendant for that part of the costs occasioned by the defendant.
