Ind. Code § 16-41-7.5-1

"Local health department"

As added by P.L.208-2015, SEC.9.

As used in this chapter, "local health department" refers to:

(1) a local health department established under IC 16-20 ; or
(2) the health and hospital corporation created under IC 16-22-8 .
