Ind. Code § 16-41-6-0.5
"Standard licensed diagnostic test for HIV"
As added by P.L.237-2003, SEC.5.
As used in this chapter, "standard licensed diagnostic test for HIV" means a test recognized by the state department as a standard licensed diagnostic test for the antibody or antigen to HIV.
