Without limiting the authority to inspect under IC 16-41-5-1 , the state department may do the following:

1. (1) Inspect the site of a lead-based paint activities project:

   1. (A) during the project; or
   2. (B) after the project is completed.

2. (2) Conduct an investigation of a lead-based paint activities project upon:

   1. (A) the state department's own initiation; or
   2. (B) the receipt of a complaint by a person.

3. (3) Conduct an investigation of the provider of a lead-based paint activities training course upon:

   1. (A) the state department's own initiation; or
   2. (B) the receipt of a complaint by a person.
