This chapter applies to the following:

1. (1) Hotels.
2. (2) Bed and breakfast establishments.
3. (3) Rooming houses.
4. (4) Lodging houses.
5. (5) Apartment houses.

6. (6) Places of entertainment or lodging for transient or permanent guests or lodgers in the establishments listed in subdivisions (1) through (5).
