Ejections from mobile home communities

The owner, operator, or caretaker of a mobile home community may eject a person from the premises for any of the following reasons:

  1. (1) Nonpayment of charges or fees for accommodations.
  2. (2) Violation of law or disorderly conduct.
  3. (3) Violation of a rule of the state department relating to mobile home communities.
  4. (4) Violation of a rule of the mobile home community that is publicly posted within the mobile home community.
