Ind. Code § 16-41-16-1.6

"Container"

As added by P.L.96-2026, SEC.26.

As used in this chapter, "container" means any portable device or material in which infectious waste is:

(1) stored;
(2) transported;
(3) treated;
(4) disposed of; or
(5) otherwise handled.
