As used in this chapter, "training or educational purposes" means for the purpose of:

1. (1) teaching or giving lectures to:

   1. (A) medical students;
   2. (B) physicians;
   3. (C) coroners;
   4. (D) law enforcement personnel;
   5. (E) public safety personnel;
   6. (F) attorneys; or
   7. (G) an individual who relies upon information or records regulated under this chapter in the course of the individual's profession or occupation;

2. (2) publication in professional medical:

   1. (A) books; or
   2. (B) periodicals; or

3. (3) use in:

   1. (A) training videos; or
   2. (B) computer programs.
