Ind. Code § 16-39-11-1

"Covid-19"

As added by P.L.196-2021, SEC.13.

As used in this chapter, "COVID-19" means:

  1. (1) severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2); or
  2. (2) the disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
