Ind. Code § 16-35-1.5-5.5 – WIC vendor selection

(a) The state department shall select a WIC vendor based on vendor selection criteria set forth in 7 CFR 246.12.
(b) The state department shall do the following:
1. (1) Review the vendor selection criteria annually.
2. (2) Include the vendor selection criteria in the WIC state plan in accordance with 7 CFR 246.4(a)(14)(ii).
3. (3) Publish the vendor selection criteria on the state department's website.
