Ind. Code § 16-35-1-1
Municipal corporation defined
As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.18.
As used in this chapter, "municipal corporation" means a:
- (1) county;
- (2) township;
- (3) city;
- (4) town; or
(5) school corporation;
that makes provisions for conducting any kind of health work of a character qualified to comply with this chapter.
