1. (b) The state department may not renew the license of an abortion clinic until any noncompliance discovered during the course of an inspection is remedied in a manner prescribed by the state department under 410 IAC 26-2-8.

Sec. 1. (a) The state department shall consider the results of an abortion clinic inspection when making a determination concerning the renewal of an abortion clinic license.
