1. (a) The superintendent shall do the following:

   1. (1) Cause the grounds of the home to be:

      1. (A) kept in proper order; and
      2. (B) ornamented with trees, shrubs, and flowers.
   2. (2) Provide and maintain conservatories or greenhouses.

2. (b) The superintendent:

   1. (1) may have any suitable land connected with the home cultivated for the use and benefit of the home; and

   2. (2) shall have the children in the home assist in the work.
