1. (a) The emergency medical services fund is established to defray the personal services expense, other operating expense, and capital outlay of the:

   1. (1) commission; and
   2. (2) employees of the department.
2. (b) The fund includes money collected under IC 16-31-2 , IC 16-31-3 , and IC 16-31-3.5 .
