Exclusion

This chapter does not apply to the following:

  1. (1) A person who solely dispatches prescheduled emergency medical transports.
  2. (2) A person who provides emergency medical dispatching during a major catastrophe or disaster with which individuals or dispatch agencies certified to provide emergency medical dispatching are unable to cope.
