Ind. Code § 16-29-7-2

"Comprehensive care bed"

As added by P.L.202-2018, SEC.8.

  1. (a) As used in this chapter, "comprehensive care bed" means a bed in a comprehensive care health facility that:

    1. (1) is licensed or is to be licensed under IC 16-28-2 ; or
    2. (2) functions as a bed licensed under IC 16-28-2 .
  2. (b) The term does not include comprehensive care beds in a hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2 .
