Ind. Code § 16-23.5-1-9

"Hospital"

"Hospital":

(1) for purposes of IC 16-23.5-4 , refers to the James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children; and
(2) for purposes of IC 16-23.5-5 ,refers to the William H. Coleman Hospital for Women.
